"There is no neutral ground in the universe. Every square inch, every split second is claimed by God and counterclaimed by Satan." — C.S. Lewis

Paul opens Ephesians 6 with a command: be strong. Not in yourself- in the Lord and in the strength of His might. The same resurrection power that raised Jesus from the dead is the power available to you right now.

But you need to know what you're up against.

In this message, Pastor David walks through three movements - the strength we need, the enemy we face, and the stand we make - and shows that the battle is real, the enemy is specific, and the ground has already been won in Jesus Christ.

In this message:

  • Why Paul's "finally" means "here's how you live from here on out"
  • The four postures of Ephesians: seated, walking, standing — and what they mean
  • Why the devil has titles but no name — and what that tells us
  • How the enemy works through people without making people the enemy
  • Why you're already in the evil day — and what standing firm actually looks like
